Classes & Course Outline

My classes are offered as one-off courses, but also form part of a 5-week theme within four cyclically taught progressive themes. So whether you wish to dip your toes or take the plunge, the opportunities are there to support you in discovering and caring for your whole-self with a little bit of help from LoveFromOm.

Immerse yourself in these hour and a half sessions which include a preliminary asana practice (yoga postures) accessible to all abilities, and thereafter follows deeper and more relevant practises and discussions on the specific realm being explored. Whether that be the soma or physical body, the pranic infused energy body, the manas mind the rational thinking mind, or the buddhi mind the intellectual discriminative faculty of the mind.

Soulfully Somatic​

September 2021

Monday's (13th Sep-11th Oct)  9.30 -11.00am
 £68 for the 5 week course 
During these specific sessions we explore the level of our soma, or physical body, through heightening our awareness of our individual physical expressions of deep feelings or sensations. Thereby acting as a tangible portal to enhancing our subtle appreciation of the physical form, and experience of our physical imbalances and tensions held within the body. 

Positively Pranic

November 2021 

​Monday's (8th Nov- 6th Dec)  9.30 -11.00am      £68 for the 5 week course
During these classes we explore the many aspects of our energy body that are so tragically overlooked yet are the main conduits between a vibrant body and a clear thinking mind. Working at this level not only helps to sustain the naturally agreeable flow of vital life force, but also nourishes the whole self. 

Mindfully Mannered

January 2022

Monday’s (17th Jan – 14th Feb) 9.30 -11.00am
 £68 for the 5 week course
​These sessions seek to support our mental dimension, the level of which we experience the conscious mind. Working at this level encourages us to ‘be’ in a special way so as to convey our experiences of the external world with clarity, thus affecting the underlying influences they then have on the physical body.  

Buddhi Balanced

March 2022

Monday’s (7th Mar – 4th Apr)  9.30 -11.00am
 £68 for the 5 week course
These sessions seek to educate us in the spirit of ‘viveka’ or discernment, the discriminative knowledge that supports us in making better decisions. When one is able to perceive reality, or the underlying truths, wisdom is instilled in us. With this comes a greater sense of calmness and a deeper sense of connection, if only momentarily but none-the-less profoundly.
