Yoga Flash Mob

Earlier this summer I took part in my very first 'Yoga Flash Mob'.

The event was led by Karen Atkinson from York House, in aid of Sports Relief (click here to donate).

As we jumped into action, passers-by were more than a little surprised.  Some were even inspired to join in!
